You can choose to have us gift wrap your gift in our chic organza wrapper, making gift giving extremely easy! If choosing gift wrap, please add in the "Note To Seller" section of check out whether you'd like a Holiday/Christmas card, a birthday card, or a generic card, and the message to be included. Keep in mind our card is a mini 2.5" size, so keep it short and sweet :) If no card message is left at checkout, a blank card will be sent.

Don't forget to that we can ship directly to your gift recipient - simply edit the shipping address to the lucky guy or gal! We do not include invoices, so no need to worry about your PII being shared.

Yes!

We normally ship via USPS First Class, which has a quoted 2-5 day delivery time frame. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, simply message us beforehand to give you a quote based on your needs, and we will get it out to you quickly!

International shipping costs have raised drastically in 2016, causing our shipping prices to cost more than our products. We hesitate to offer shipping deadlines during the holidays; even if you order something well within the suggested postal guidelines, the postal systems are so bogged down that its inevitable that some packages will be delayed.

That being said, unless otherwise notated in the product listings, our items (excluding masks) are ready to ship and we try to get them out within a day or two. We recommend you use USPS's shipping guidelines, but please remember to shop as early as possible to ensure your gifts will arrive timely!

We love custom orders!

Depending on how busy we are, we may have our "Build-Your-Own" listings deactivated, but if we have time to squeeze in a custom order, we will get those made for you. If you do not see the "Build-Your-Own" sets within our shop, just shoot us a message!

One caveat is that custom sets will no longer be available to order after September 15 to prepare for the busy holiday season. They will be available again for purchase after January 1. If you are considering one of these as a gift for the holidays, please purchase prior to September 15.

For the majority of our sets, we base our choice of included words on main and secondary characters, main settings, top quotes/sayings/one-liners, and relevant words that go well with the theme.

Keep in mind that we have a limited template to fill, therefore it is impossible to get the absolute perfect selection of words with every quote and every word that every die-hard fan would want - we are on a word-count budget! We try our best to balance out the types of words we include to make the most well-rounded set possible.

If there are words or quotes that are not included with our set that you simply cannot live without, check out our Build-Your-Own options to beef up your word selection!

Occasionally, especially in extreme weather changes (such as in shipping), our magnets might begin to curl, particularly the longer words. This is normal in flexible, rubber magnets, and they are easily reshaped by hand. If you plan to keep your magnets in fluctuating temperatures such as in a garage, expect that this could occur and is not a sign of defect; just reshape as needed.
